Entourage used the strength of storytelling to transform Dhahran Expo to host the -3day conference with industry leaders, speakers, panelists, Saudi ministries, and many more VIP guests with 6 workshop rooms along with an investment hub and B2B lounge. An exhibition space to host 265 exhibitors was built along with a Gala Dinner set up at Ithra’a for the Aramco CEO to host top energy executives.
More than 2.5K people were impressed with a stunning grand opening in which we used technology with content and projected over all surfaces present in the conference area. We utilized the ceiling, the floors, the walls, and the screens to highlight the importance of Aramco’s achievements through the Iktva programme. The opening was attended by high profile speakers, VIP guests and members of the royal family and followed by panel discussions and exhibition inauguration.
