OPENING CONTEXT

The World Investment Conference & Sharjah Investment Forum 2025 (WIC–SIF) brought together global leaders, investors, and policymakers at a defining moment for international investment dialogue. Jointly organized by WAIPA and Invest in Sharjah, the event convened the global investment community under the theme: “Transforming Our World: Investing for a Resilient and Sustainable Future.” Over two days, Sharjah became a focal point for conversations on sustainable development, cross-border investment, and economic resilience: reinforcing its position as a globally relevant investment destination and convening power. entourage was appointed to execute the event end-to-end, delivering a platform that balanced scale, substance, and institutional credibility.

THE CHALLENGE

WIC–SIF 2025 required delivery at true global-forum scale.
The challenge was to design and execute a complex, multi-format investment platform that:
  • hosted thousands of international delegates
  • supported high-level policy and investor dialogue
  • accommodated exhibitions, workshops, and bilateral engagement
  • upheld international protocol and brand alignment
  • delivered a seamless experience across multiple parallel environments

THE BIG IDEA

“A Global Platform for Resilient Investment” An experience designed to operate as a living investment ecosystem, where dialogue, deal-making, recognition, and collaboration could coexist within one integrated environment. Rather than a single-stage conference, WIC–SIF was structured as a multi-zone, multi-audience platform, reflecting the complexity and scale of global investment engagement.
