With over 100,000 attendees, two fully immersive fan zones, and a breathtaking city-wide show, this event became the biggest football celebration ever staged in the Eastern Province.

The Execution

Zone 1 – Legacy Fan Zone at Dhahran Expo

We built a dedicated Legacy Zone as a tribute to AlQadsiah’s rich football history:
  • Historical Journey Installation: A curated museum-style walk-through featuring trophies, jerseys, photos, and untold stories
  • Interactive Exhibits: Augmented reality experiences that allowed fans to explore the club’s heritage
  • Family Lounge & Culinary Village: Designed for all generations to enjoy traditional food, kids’ zones, and memorabilia-inspired experiences

Zone 2 – Celebration Stage & Player Showcase

The energy peaked in the second zone, where club pride met spectacle:
  • A full celebration show hosted for the players, club leadership, and special guests
  • Star performance by Majed Al Mohandes, driving massive buzz and emotional moments
  • A meticulously produced content sequence that blended video storytelling, live moments, and crowd interaction

Grand Finale – Khobar Landmark Takeover

To cap off the event, entourage orchestrated a city-wide spectacle:
  • Drone Show: 2,000+ drones choreographed in sync with music and animations
  • 3D Mapping on the iconic Khobar Water Tower, turning it into a digital canvas
  • Record-breaking fireworks show, both in size and duration — lighting up the Eastern Province in celebration
