When the World Couldn't Meet, We Built a New Way.

Commissioned by the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia, entourage managed and promoted 24 G20 international conferences in the middle of a global pandemic becoming one of the first agencies in the world to deliver hybrid diplomacy at this scale.

The Context

2020. Borders closed. Flights grounded. Global gatherings banned. The world’s most important diplomatic calendar the G20 summit faced cancellation. Saudi Arabia was hosting. The stakes could not have been higher. The Royal Court needed a partner who wouldn’t flinch. They called entourage.

The Challenge

Deliver 24 high-stakes international conferences, involving leaders from 28 countries princes, heads of state, ministers and multinational CEOs with zero room for failure, while the world was in full lockdown. And do it in a format that had never been done before at this level.
