Our mandate was to manage an event of a size of 5000 – 10,000 attendees from across the globe, including registration and logistics, marketing, sponsorships, and on-site management. Most of the attendees were VVIPs, heads of state, and ministers along with the heads of the world’s most admired companies: Uber, Tesla, and LinkedIn to name a few.
Being a creative agency, our design team implemented stand-out themes to bring the event journey experience alive showcasing WGS and the Prime Minister’s Office of UAE in their best form. Leveraging in-depth planning, attention to detail, and passion for perfection, Dubai’s reputation was enhanced with a flawless execution throughout the three-day event.
